Founded by Diogo Bizinoto, an executive with over 15 years of experience, including 7 in New York, the consultancy brings together practices learned from leading global companies such as Amazon, Colgate, Whirlpool, and Experian, as well as innovative digital startups like FreshDirect.

Diogo holds an MBA from the Kelley School of Business (USA), a Master’s in Management from Université Grenoble Alpes (France), and a Bachelor's in Business Administration from the University of Brasília (UnB). He also taught Leadership and Innovation in the graduate program at Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV).
